A small dust mote, That is so remote,
We strive - we fight, With all our might,

In this vast ocean, We cause such commotion,
A storm in a tea cup, Just maybe a hiccup,
When will we all learn? A way to discern,
That life's just like a dream, And not meant to mean,

Are continually lost in distraction,
Past and future all that reaction,
To be here and now in your True Nature,
Without thoughts of loss and gain,
They are not our VIPs,
Just awake and remain!
