Life's can seem Pointless and Tragic
Seems with a little trick of Magic
Everyday this body didn't Die
Yet still believe in the forever 'I'

Our mind's a bit too fickle
Like to tease, touch & tickle
The Universe we came to be
Some sort of cosmic entity
An inevitable existence it seems
We all have so many dreams
Let's connect together in time
For brief moments all be fine!

Last Day

One day this will be my Last,
Entwined lives have long gone Past.
Body slowing now to snails Pace, 
What was all that fuss and Race? 
Have I done all I set out to Do, 
Or will I just leave a pile of Pooh!
Still pining for honey on that Knife,
It'll only bring short pleasure and Strife!

We do for advantage 
From our perceived vantage 
Even though just temporary 
Ego polish so exemplary

We are the Universe
Although quite perverse
Evolved to Man UnKind
Those with a small Mind
Stupidity, Anger and Greed
Hallmarks of some Need
To Dominate other species
All we'll leave is faeces

Death is not a Myth
We must Practice Forthwith
Life is a waste, Useless
Pointless and Fruitless
Unless we follow the Dharma
To Purify our negative Karma
So 'pull out all the Stops'
Before this body Rots!

I give you my heart in the form of a Rose
Take it with care, holding it Close
The thorns that grow Protect my Heart
From the Samsaric bitter sweet Art
So am throwing out this message
In a Bottle of distant hope or presage
